A Health Coach is a supportive mentor and guide who works with individuals to help them feel their best through food and lifestyle changes. Instead of prescribing one type of treatment, Holistic Health Coaches tailor programs and recommendations to meet their clients’ needs.

No. All programs can be personalized to the individual, including children and teens.
Children under age 18 will need a parent or guardian’s signature on the Program Agreement form.

Parent and child sessions available upon request.

No. You should continue to see your doctors and take all medications you are currently prescribed. The Health Coach will work alongside your doctors and share all information so that you can gain maximum benefits and wellbeing.

Yes. There are two payment options available.

Option 1. Pay in full. This option requires full payment upon registration.

With this option you will receive $50 off program cost, applied as a reimbursement.

Option 2. Split payment. This option allows you to split the cost of program in 2 equal payments.

In order to take advantage of option 2 you will be required to submit a request.
